BBX is the name of the platform, not a cryptocurrency or token. BBX has not issued a platform token or governance token. Through a BBX Stock Account, users can trade real US and Hong Kong stocks. US stock orders are executed by FINRA-registered partner broker-dealers, with clearing and custody services provided by partner clearing firms. Hong Kong stock trades are executed through partner securities firms licensed by Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). On BBX DEX, users can trade tokenized stocks and multi-asset perpetual contracts onchain, 24/7. BBX aims to bring these fragmented experiences together. ### Products and Trading #### BBX Stock Account: Real US and Hong Kong Stocks A BBX Stock Account provides access to real US and Hong Kong stocks. After buying shares, users hold a stock position recorded through the applicable securities-account structure. US orders are executed through FINRA-registered partner broker-dealers. Partner clearing firms handle clearing and custody. Hong Kong trades are executed through partner securities firms licensed by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Stablecoins are used to fund the account. Funds are transferred or converted as required before stock trading. Securities execution, clearing, and custody follow the rules of the relevant market. #### BBX Tokenized Stocks: Stock-Related Onchain Tokens Users can trade tokenized stocks on the BBX DEX spot market. What they receive is a stock-related onchain token. Tokenized stocks differ from real shares held through a Stock Account. Their issuance structure, underlying-asset custody, and holder rights depend on the relevant product documents and rules. Holding a token does not automatically confer ordinary shareholder voting or dividend rights. #### BBX Perps: Exposure to Multiple Asset Classes BBX DEX offers perpetual contracts referencing stocks, ETFs, indices, commodities, and crypto assets. USDT is used for margin and settlement. Users take long or short positions to gain price exposure. They hold a derivative position rather than the underlying stock, ETF, or commodity. Perpetual trading involves margin requirements, funding payments, and liquidation risk.
