* BBX Protocol： 技术服务提供商，提供交易软件界面和智能合约协议。BBX 绝不触碰、保管或控制用户资金。
* 持牌券商： 资产托管方与经纪商，持有法定牌照，独立负责购买并隔离托管真实股票。
* 合规代币发行方： 代币化发行方，获得瑞士 DLT 法案许可，负责将 持牌券商 托管的真实股票 1:1 代币化。<br>

#### 核心安全保障：破产隔离

用户的真实股票资产存放在 持牌券商 专门设立的"客户综合隔离账户"中，与 BBX 及 持牌券商 自身的公司资产完全隔离。即使在任何极端情况下（包括 BBX 或 持牌券商 破产），用户的资产所有权都受到法律保护。

#### **全球用户准入政策**

BBX 协议严格遵守各司法管辖区的法律法规：

* 受限司法管辖区：不向美国以及所有受国际制裁的地区提供服务。
* 技术手段：IP 地理围栏（IP Geofencing）和 OFAC 制裁名单筛查。
* 严格KYC：必要环节触发严格的 KYC 机制，如股票赎回。
