**NVDAt — 数字产权证（Security-based Token）**

* 性质：合规确权锚点。
* 功能：NVDAt 是用户拥有真实股票的法律凭证，由持牌机构合规代币发行商发行，1:1 锚定持牌券商隔离账户中的真实股票。它相当于一张 "数字产权证"，确保所有权的法律地位。
* 特点：携带严格的合规信息，NVDAt 本身不直接参与高频交易，以确保其法律地位的稳固。

**NVDAbb — 高速交易工具（Liquidity Utility Token）**

* 性质：流动性效用凭证。
* 功能：当 NVDAt 存入 BBX 的智能合约金库（Vault）后，协议 1:1 生成可自由流通的 NVDAbb。它为高频交易和 DeFi 集成而生，提升证券类资产在链上生态中的互操作性和流动性。
* 特点：NVDAbb 受 BBX "智能门控合约" 的无感合规检查（IP 地理位置、OFAC 名单等），确保交易始终在合规框架内进行，同时不影响用户体验。
